Registration cancellation and fee refunds
- To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made in writing (via email, fax, or post) within 30 days of the the initial registration and 10 days prior to the event. There is a USD$30 USD administration fee for cancellation.
- Written cancellations made more than 30 days after registration and 10 days prior to the event receive a full refund, less a USD$60 administration fee.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the event are not eligible for refunds.
- Cancellation as a result of a delegate's death or incapacity due to injury or sickness, or the death of an immediate family member (spouse/partner, children, adopted children, parents, brothers & sisters, including step/half brothers and sisters, grandparents & grandchildren, father/mother-in-law, brother/sister-in-law, son/daughter-in-law) are fully refundable, less a USD$60 administration fee.You will be asked to provide appropriate documentation (death certificate, doctor's report). Please contact us for assistance in cancelling such a registration.
Cancellations must be in writing and must meet the above conditions.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Registration Changes
- Registered delegates may use a substitute only if that person is from the same university, institute, association or family. Such substitutions are subject to a USD$30 administrative fee.
- If registration changes result in a cost reduction to the delegates, the amount, minus the administrative fee, will be refunded. If the result is an cost increase, the change will be processed only when the cost increase and administrative fees have been paid.
- All requests for changes are subject to availability, and you will be informed of this at the time of your request.
Requests for changes must be made in writing and must be received by Typevents within 30 days of the the initial registration and 10 days prior to the event.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Late payments
- Late or outstanding payments, not remitted by the due date, will be subject to a USD$30 administration fee.
- Delegates who fail to pay the registration fees will not be allowed to attend sessions.
