24 posters from Denmark, Finland, Norway, Poland, Russia and Sweden. Let us get back the diversity! Let's go and visit the backyards of type, let's take a look what's going on in the local type garages. We asked 24 North European type designers and type design students to pick up a pure, local souvenir or object they feel personally connected to and combine it with the typeface they have designed themselves. As a result, this publication features 24 posters with stories and type reflecting the local visual culture. This exhibition is not about the world of type. It's about the type of the world.
