Maria Doreuli
Maria Doreuli earned her Master degree in graphic design from Moscow State University of Printing. During that time she attended Alexander Tarbeev’s type design workshop. During 2009-2012 she worked on RIA Novosti’s corporate identity projects. She also worked in collaboration with different publishing houses in the field of lettering and type design. Maria’s graduation project William, revival of Caslon’s typeface was awarded by Letter.2, Granjan and NewCyrillic contests. In 2011 she was named a Young designer of the year by the Russian newspaper Akzia. Last year Maria moved to The Hague to continue her education in Type and Media postgraduate course.
