DESCRIPTION:The III Typography Meeting is an event organized by the De
 partment of Image Arts (DAI)\, School of Music\, Arts and Performing A
 rts (ESMAE)\, Polytechnic Institute of Porto (IPP) through the Researc
 h Institute for Design\, Media and Culture (ID+) and the School of Art
  and Design\, Matosinhos (ESAD).\nUnder the general theme Convergences
 \, this edition of the conference has the main objective of being the 
 center for diffusion\, reflection and discussion on typographical rese
 arch and development\, both at national and international level.\nThe 
 event will feature a range of keynote speakers (Catherine Dixon\; Dino
  dos Santos\; Fred Smeijers\; Eduardo Manso)\, along with presentation
 s of selected papers submitted in the call for papers. In parallel\, o
 ther events are being planned\, such as an exhibition\, workshops and 
 a networking dinner.
